Welcome to Celebration Chauffeur. By booking our services, accessing our website, or engaging with our business, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Celebration Chauffeur provides event assistance and support services designed to help hosts execute and enjoy their events. Services may include:

• Event setup assistance
• Guest support
• Vendor coordination assistance
• Event monitoring and support
• Post-event reset assistance
• General event execution support

Celebration Chauffeur is not an event planning company. We do not provide event planning, design services, catering, security services, transportation services, legal advice, or professional event management unless specifically outlined in a written service agreement.

All bookings are subject to availability.

A booking is considered confirmed once:

• A service agreement has been accepted, and
• Any required deposits or payments have been received.

Celebration Chauffeur reserves the right to decline service requests at its discretion.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Obtain any permits, licenses, or approvals required for the event.
• Communicate special requirements before the event date.
• Ensure vendors and venue representatives have appropriate access and instructions.

Celebration Chauffeur is not responsible for issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Payment terms will be outlined during the booking process.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Remaining balances are due prior to or on the event date.
• Additional services requested during the event may incur additional charges.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.

• Cancellations made 2 or more days before the event may receive a refund of payments made, excluding any non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations made within 1 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of the event may be charged up to the full service amount.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

If an event exceeds the scheduled service time, additional hourly fees may apply.

Extensions are subject to staff availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebration Chauffeur shall not be liable for:

• Venue issues
• Vendor performance
• Weather-related disruptions
• Acts of guests or third parties
• Property damage caused by attendees
• Event cancellations beyond our control
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal property

Celebration Chauffeur's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

Celebration Chauffeur shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Government actions
• Public health emergencies
• Utility failures
• Transportation disruptions

Unless otherwise requested in writing by the client, Celebration Chauffeur may use non-identifying photographs of event setups, décor, or work performed for marketing and portfolio purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to respect privacy requests.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Distribute harmful software or content
• Use website content without permission

All website content is the property of Celebration Chauffeur and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celebration Chauffeur from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Client actions
• Guest actions
• Venue-related incidents
• Violations of applicable laws or regulations

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.

Celebration Chauffeur reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
